Tangerine is the chattiest of his litter. As soon as you go into our foster kitten room, he is screaming at you to get your attention first. He also meows at you when you are feeding him or not giving him enough attention. He has a good bit of energy and loves to PLAY! Tangerine also has a sweet side, and he will lay in your lap and purr away while you pet him.
