Meet Pepsi! He will take some time to open up and show his full, energetic self. It's such a joy to watch him play. He chases people that he likes for attention and will flop around right by their feet. He sometimes hisses at the dogs in his foster home, but he also plays with their tails. He’s ok with kids as long as they’re cat-savvy.
