Adair is one of the sweetest boys you will ever meet. We caught our first glimpse of him on a trail cam while after a different cat. What pleasant surprise he has been. Unfortunately, Adair has heartworms. Yes, it was once thought to be rare in cats, but now we have two big tabby boys that are HW+. There is no cure for heartworms in cats other than surgery which isn’t ideal, but you can manage the infections and treat the symptoms. We’re not sure what his life will look like, but we know Adair deserves a chance. Because of his status, Adair is looking for a very special home! FFF will cover the cost of care related to his condition for the perfect forever home. Adair is otherwise a normal cat! He loves hanging out with his humans on the couch, snoozing or enjoying some belly rubs. He's great with all the dogs and cats in his foster home too. He is such a special guy, and we can't wait for you to meet him.
