Apple Juice (or AJ more casually) was first brought to FFF as a two-month-old kitten, but, even at that young age, she was super fearful of humans. She’s made progress in two months of foster care, but AJ is still getting used to people and will need someone with a lot of experience and patience. She goes wild for toys, any kind of toy, any time. Her favorite is a little soccer ball that she will bat and kick all over her room. And it doesn't matter what's in the way - food bowls, water bowls, feet, paws - she will chase that ball anywhere! She also loves looking out the window, either from the cat tree or sitting regally on the window ledge. AJ is curious as she settles She loves to “help” her foster momma read and will play her my bookmarks. And the dreaded vacooom is interesting when silent and still. While AJ hasn't met dogs, she LOVES other playful cats. She would also do best with slow introductions to the household, older children, other cats/kittens, and maybe an older cat savvy dog. Don’t let her cute looks fool you; Apple Juice will need an adopter who is patient and willing to work with her. Handling her, picking her up, and just getting used to her new home will need to happen slowly, but it will be worth it!
