DJ was a community cat who has been living in a colony outside for his entire life… until he started trying to sneak into his feeder’s house! We knew he was interested in the indoor life, and because he was already friendly, we decided to give him a chance. DJ is still getting used to some of the benefits of living with humans, but he appreciates people that approach him slowly instead of surprising him. He’ll reward you with the sweetest purrs if you pet his head and scratch his ears. He also has adorable chirp he’ll use to tell you he’s excited about wet food! DJ spends most of his time in his foster momma’s living room on his favorite chair or chumming it up with the resident felines. DJ would do best in a quiet home with humans that will be patient as he settles in and a couple of friendly felines who will show him the ropes. Cat-savvy dogs are ok with him too!
