Eleanor is a full-figured girl who was found on the mean streets of Farragut. Clearly having been someone’s beloved pet, we attempted to find her humans with no success. We understand that owners fall in hard times and abandon their animals, and sadly we suspect this was the case for Eleanor. We’ve spent the last six weeks learning all we can about her, and we’ve determined she’s a true gem! You wouldn’t tell by her appearance, but Eleanor is a social eater and prefers to have her meals with the company of her humans. She appreciates warm, comfy beds even more now that she’s had to sleep in the dirt under bushes outdoors, and she loves snuggling into the blankets on her human’s bed. We’ve given Eleanor our undivided attention, so she’s hasn’t directly interacted with cats or dogs in her foster home. We think she’d love to continue this and be the center of attention in her forever home too!
