Elwood P Dowd is just a young guy looking a fun forever home. He spends his days playing with ALL THE TOYS and which ever of the cats in his foster home that he can convince to play with him. Elwood has also recently decided that he really likes humans! If you catch him napping he loves some pets especially on the tummy and he will purr and chirp for more!
