Meet Justin Time, a 1 year old, sweet and friendly cat who loves to express himself through his adorable meows, and we mean a lot. He is quite the talker only stopping for pets or to eat.Justin Time is a TNR rescue. He was being fed at an existing colony after being left behind at a nearby trailer park. He came looking for food and stayed.We named him Justin Time because he was rescued just in time to get out of the cold weather. Justin deserves a forever loving home where he can continue to "talk" to his new family and share his love.
