Everyone immediately notices Lestat’s beautiful golden round eyes. He has a striking red/orange medium length coat that makes you want to immediately pet him. Thankfully he is into pets and cuddles, often purring and looking into his foster mom’s face while being held. We think he is saying thank you for rescuing him. Lestat was trapped as part of a TNR operation, but held back so that he could be treated for parasites and get his weight up. It was immediately clear how special he is, as we decided an inside home would suite him best. Lestat is still learning to be comfortable with all the change, but is happy to be safe inside. He can still enjoy watching the birds and squirrels from the highest level of the cat tree in front of the window. Lestat would like to live in a less active home with another kitten friend who would continue to help him gain confidence.
