Danny is still learning that the world can be a kind place, but he is proving to be an incredibly brave and sweet companion. After his elderly caretaker was hospitalized, Danny was unfortunately left behind inside the house. When rescue volunteers first arrived to catch him, he was terrified and certainly wasn't showing his best side.
However, it didn't take long for Danny to realize that human hands bring comfort, deciding that head scratches are actually pretty wonderful. He even follows his foster mom around and when he's feeling particularly brave will jump up on the bed and flop over inviting pets. Danny's absolute favorite thing in the world—above all else—is the bird toy.
Danny loves other cats so a cat friend would help him adjust. Danny is looking for a patient adopter who will let him settle in at his own pace. In return, you will get to watch a timid kitty blossom into a devoted, playful friend.
