Five year old Mateo was left behind when his people moved. Fortunately the new residents were cat lovers. They first noticed him on their ring camera and as he meowed for attention and food, they noticed he had a growth on his tongue. It was impacting his ability to eat. Thankfully, after it was removed surgically, it was determined to not be cancer and most likely was caused by an injury. Feeling so much better, Mateo is enjoying all the food and loving living indoors again.
