Moe is playful and loves sitting on your lap a lot while he makes biscuits. He is tolerant of the resident dogs (small-medium) in his foster home. He does play well with kids too. He plays all the time and will sit on your shoulder, so if you are on your hands and knees cleaning, you will have a kitty on your shoulder supervising you. He sits on your lap and constantly makes biscuits.
