Phoebe was rescued during a TNR operation. Born outside to a community cat, she was one of six kittens momcat kept well-protected under a shed. Although Phoebe was the very last of the litter to be caught—making us worry she might be harder to socialize—she was actually more than ready to be an indoor girl. As soon as she came inside, she rolled over to make "air biscuits." Phoebe loves to cuddle and rewards pets with loud, happy purrs.
