Possum Perez was a community cat living his life on the streets, but his feeder knew bigger things were in store for him! Despite his cranky-looking face, Possum has settled into the indoor life with ease. He's still skeptical of certain things like vacuum cleaners, electronic litter boxes, and the doorbell, but he’s learned that cat trees are kind of the best thing ever. Possum enjoys a quiet environment where he can decide for himself what he wants to do all day. He’ll occasionally greet you with a hiss, but he’s all talk. Possum’s hiss in English would be “I’m mildly annoyed that you’ve chosen to disturb me right now, but do so if you must.” You’ll quickly win him back over with chin scratches or a light brushing. Possum has made it clear that canines are not welcome in his space, so we’d like for his forever home to be dog free. He does well with other mild-mannered cats though!
