We have had vocal, talkative foster cats before, but Seal is the most talkative of all. He even talks when his mouth is full of food.
Did we mention how beautiful he is? No need, as it is quite evident. He is a little bit cross eyed, but that just adds to his charm.
Seal loves to cuddle and wants to sleep with you. Fortunately he settles down when it's "lights out," but a few pets will be required first!
