Selkie and his brother Nugget were recently brought back to FFF after their beloved mom (and one of our beloved fosters) was given a terminal medical diagnosis. Understandably, both boys are very confused, scared and distressed. Under normal circumstances, Nugget is leery of new people but loves his humans fiercely. It’s been a few weeks this new foster mom, and Nugget is starting to lean into head scratches and showing off his low purrs. He’s still very scared and confused;m, though. Selkie is nervous at first, but this handsome boy warmed up to his new foster momma quickly when she first met him at their previous home. He loves being petted and especially loves wet food time! He’ll rub up against things while he attempts to patiently wait for scratches. Like his brother, Selkie loves to be with his humans. Given the change in their lives, we think they’d do best in a home without dogs and small kids in order to give them the best chance at a forever home.
