One year olds Skittles, Starburst, and Spree were going to be part of a TNR program as were living in a barn. Their beautiful long coats just weren't cut out for barn life as they were covered in burrs and stickers. When we arrived, they were asking to be picked up and rescued.
We spent some time removing the burrs and they were so good about it. Each one enjoyed being combed. Starburst may have gotten the worst "bad haircut," but all three of them feel so much better not to be having their fur pulled.
These are definitely lap kitties. Skittles and Spree seem to especially enjoy hanging out together if you could consider keeping these sweet brothers together.
