Smithwick was rescued during a TNR operation. Smithwick is the most shy of his siblings. He likes to watch the others play for a bit before joining in the fun. He is still learning to trust, but cuddles, especially in the people bed where he feels safe, will bring out the purrs. Smithwick is a mackerel tabby with stripes that run perpendicular to his spine and line his legs and ring his tail. Turn him over and you can see his cute belly spots. Of course, his most notable feature is the mackerel tabby traditional “M” marking on his forehead. Smithwick continues to become more confident each day with play and positive reinforcement. With continued love, attention and patience, he will be the perfect fit for his new home.
