Toby is a snuggly, playful, beautiful boy. He is eight months old and is finally up for adoption after successfully overcoming a large hernia surgery. He is all healthy now! He would do well in a home where he gets lots of pets and playtime. He has a loud purr motor and will make biscuits with his front and back legs on a fuzzy blanket.
