Life on the streets was harsh for Leia. She lived outside in the bushes, forced to scavenge for garbage when her mother wasn't around. Tragically, another kitten from her litter lost their life in a heartbreaking accident, drowning in a trash can during a severe rainstorm.
Knowing she deserved a second chance at a safe, happy life, we brought Leia into foster care. While Leia is understandably still timid and learning that humans are safe, she is making wonderful progress. She will happily lean in for pets, has a blast playing with wand and bird toys, and absolutely goes crazy for wet cat food!
