Jack and Arlo are a unique pair of bonded brothers. They were rescued in the fall of 2023 from living outdoors near a cluster of garages. These were essentially living in a junkyard, surviving on whatever they could find to eat and drink. We knew instantly that they both have a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia, or “wobbly kitten syndrome” which means their brains didn’t develop properly leaving their motor skills severely lacking. Arlo’s condition is mild to moderate, which Jack’s condition is moderate to severe. While their mobility is compromised, Jack and Arlo don’t know that they’re any different than other cats! They’re still getting used to humans (imagine living outside and surviving on whatever you can find while wobbly!), but they LOVE other cats. Both also love to play, particularly with wand and ribbon toys! Arlo is very protective of Jack and is the more outgoing of the two, while Jack is more reserved and will observe a situation before diving in. How do you win their hearts? Through Churus of course!
